What you can expect from EiM in 2026
I'm Alice Hunsberger. Trust & Safety Insider is my weekly rundown on the topics, industry trends and workplace strategies that Trust & Safety professionals need to know about to do their job.
We're just over a week into 2026 and already it feels like crisis after crisis. I hope you're all taking care of yourselves as best you can.
This week, Ben and I are doing something a little different: looking back at 2025 to reflect on what we learned, what resonated, and what EiM subscribers can expect over the next 12 months. We're thinking of it as part accountability, part gratitude, and part roadmap. We hope it gives you a sense of what to expect from us and how you can support our work.
Get in touch if you want me to answer your questions or want to share your feedback. Here we go! — Alice

Alice writes…
It's hard to think forward without looking back. 2025 was the biggest year I've ever had for consistently putting out content and resources for Trust & Safety professionals. I showed up almost every week for T&S Insider (writing 46 editions), posted regularly on LinkedIn, started a new job at Musubi where I did even more writing and started the Totally Not Spam newsletter, ran two workshops, spoke at conferences and on podcasts, wrote the foreword to a book about AI and T&S, and learned a ton along the way.
In many ways, my work now (both at Musubi and with Everything in Moderation*) has become about writing, communication, and professional education. That's not where I thought my career would head, but it feels meaningful and special, especially at this moment in history when T&S professionals need resources and advocacy more than ever.
